The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Fakhir al-Saltanah's settlements confirmed by his wife, Khanum ‘Aliyah
These documents include: 1-Haji Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali leases his agricultural land to Aqa Mashhadi Nasir, the son of the late Karbalayi Isma‘il, for eight hundred and seventy tumans. The contract covers three winter and three summer crops (over three years). On the back, Fakhir al-Saltanah settles some agricultural property and water rights with Haji Mirza Sayyid Muhammad Muhazzab al-Dawlah for four thousand tumans. Lease agreement of Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritance, 1913
The inheritors of Hajiyah Shah Baygum, wife of the late Haji Hakim from Rasht, rent inherited property to Muhammad Husayn Uf from Irvan for six years in exchange for eighteen thousand tumans. Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritors include her nieces and nephews, and the leased properties, including a bath, are located near Rasht and Fuman.

Lease, 1881
On November 25, 1880, Muhammad Riza Khan, son of Aqa Muhammad Rahim, leased some properties to Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, the merchant and son of Aqa Mirza Muhammad Kazim. Following a claim by Khavar Sultan, wife of the late Brigadier Muhammad Karim Khan, part of the property belongs to her. Thus, an adjustment was made to the amount of the lease. On November 23, 1881, Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad became the sole tenant of the property by paying Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far.

Legal documents of Khadijah Khanum
Legal documents belonging to Khadijah Khanum Mashhadiyah Khanum, daughter of Yusuf Laktarashani, and wife of Aqa Isma‘il, including: rental agreement of Khadijah Khanum's property in the village of Laktarashan to Karbalayi Haydar Durabi, dated 1906; a settlement in which, Khadijah Khanum transfers her properties in Laktarashan to ‘Abbas Quli Khan Sarhaddar (Mir Panjah Ashrafi), dated July 10th, 1919. ‘Abbas Quli Khan's son, Musa Khan Ashraf al-Mulk inherits these properties after his father's death. This settlement is confirmed by several clergies.
